Algeria participates in the celebration of the “Month of Africa’’ in South Africa

Soweto on the 29^th of Mai 2016 a team of artists from the Algerian National Ballet has represented the Algerian culture in one of the events of the celebration ‘’the International Cultural Festival GCWALA- NGAMASIKO’’ in its 12^th edition. The team was the unique participant from North Africa.

On the stage, the eight artists, inspired by the diversity and the depth of our cultural heritage, performed two plays of two traditional styles of dance: the first has been brought from the warm sands of the Algerian desert Twaregs style. The second has been picked from the mountains of the Kabylie region.
